A careful approach to security commitments

What can be stated about the public website today, and which enterprise controls must be agreed and documented for a paid deployment.

Page updated: 13 July 2026

Publicly stated today

HTTPS transport protection for the public website, within the boundaries stated on this page.

Available for enterprise agreement

Access, data, service and notification controls that are technically validated, mutually agreed and written into the applicable documents.

Current public website

The public NAVGreen website at www.navgreen.cn is delivered over HTTPS. HTTPS protects web traffic in transit between a compatible browser and the website endpoint.

HTTPS alone is not a statement about every system, workflow or organizational control behind a service. It does not establish a certification, audit result, data-residency commitment, recovery objective or service level.

Enterprise controls are documented, not assumed

Before a paid enterprise deployment, NAVGreen and the customer can review relevant requirements and record agreed controls in the order, service agreement, data-processing terms or security schedule. A control is committed only when it is included in the applicable written agreement.

  • User roles, administrator responsibilities and access-review procedures
  • Data scope, permitted use, retention, export and deletion arrangements
  • Support contacts, service levels, maintenance communications and incident-notification terms
  • Approved integrations, subprocessors or hosting and location requirements where applicable
  • Backup, recovery, testing or evidence requirements that have been technically validated and agreed

Shared responsibility

  • Customers should authorize only appropriate users, keep credentials confidential and remove access when roles change.
  • Customers should avoid placing unnecessary personal, confidential or regulated data into free-text fields or uploads.
  • Customers remain responsible for the authority and lawful basis to provide customer inputs and third-party materials.
  • Both parties should use the agreed support and incident channels rather than ordinary public messaging for sensitive reports.

Report a security concern

Send a concise description to info@navgreen.cn, including the affected page or service and a safe way to reproduce the issue. Do not include passwords, live customer data or destructive proof. NAVGreen will route the report for review; response times are governed only by an applicable written agreement.

Turn enterprise requirements into verifiable commitments

Bring your data, access, retention and service requirements to an enterprise demo. We will separate current capability, configurable options and commitments that require a written agreement.
