1. Acceptance and scope
These terms apply when you access or use NAVGreen’s public website, demonstrations, free access or services. If you use NAVGreen for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization. If an order, subscription document or other written agreement applies, it controls to the extent of a conflict for the covered paid service.
2. NAVGreen services
NAVGreen provides software and information workflows for maritime commercial analysis. Features, data coverage, limits and availability may differ by plan, configuration, geography, provider and contract. Website descriptions are general information and do not add a feature, service level or data commitment to a paid service unless included in the applicable order or contract.
3. Accounts and authorized users
- Provide accurate account information and use the service only through authorized access.
- Keep credentials confidential and do not share an individual login unless the applicable service expressly permits it.
- Promptly report suspected unauthorized access and update access when a user’s role changes.
- The customer is responsible for its authorized users and account administrators.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the website or service unlawfully; interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; introduce harmful code; scrape, copy or redistribute data contrary to displayed or contractual restrictions; misrepresent outputs; remove notices; or use the service to infringe another person’s rights. Testing for vulnerabilities requires prior written authorization.
5. Customer inputs and permissions
You retain rights you already hold in customer inputs. You give NAVGreen the permissions reasonably needed to host, process, transmit and display those inputs to provide and support the service. You are responsible for having the rights, notices and lawful basis needed to provide them, and for their accuracy and completeness.
6. NAVGreen and third-party materials
NAVGreen and its licensors retain their respective rights in the website, software, design, documentation and supplied data. Subject to applicable terms, authorized users receive a limited right to use the service for the customer’s internal business purposes. Third-party data and links may have separate licences, attribution, availability and use restrictions.
7. Free access and paid services
Free, trial, beta or demonstration access may be limited, changed or withdrawn, subject to reasonable notice where appropriate. Prices, fees, usage allowances, subscription periods, renewal, taxes, support, service levels and termination rights for a paid service are determined by the applicable order or contract—not by a general website statement.
8. Analysis and decision boundary
Outputs depend on data availability, provider methods and customer assumptions, and may contain gaps, delays or errors. NAVGreen does not guarantee a commercial result. Outputs are not navigation or vessel-safety instructions, legal advice, an expert opinion or investment advice. Users must apply professional judgment and obtain qualified advice where appropriate.
9. Availability, suspension and responsibility
Except for commitments in an applicable written agreement, the website and free access are provided on an available basis and may be interrupted for maintenance, provider issues or events outside reasonable control. NAVGreen may restrict or suspend access to protect the service, comply with obligations or address a suspected breach. Any warranties, remedies, liability allocation or limits for a paid service are those stated in the applicable contract and subject to mandatory law.
10. Changes, applicable rules and contact
NAVGreen may update these website terms as the service or requirements change. The effective date above identifies the published version. Applicable law and dispute arrangements for a paid service are determined by its order or contract; these baseline terms do not select a court or jurisdiction.
